As of January 1, 2026 Thomas County Probate Court accepts e-filing through TrueFiling.

The adoption of e-filing marks a significant step forward in increasing accessibility to the public, modernizing Probate Court operations and will play a key role in the Court’s ongoing initiative to digitize all records—both historical and current.
