As of January 1, 2026 Thomas County Probate Court accepts e-filing through TrueFiling.

The adoption of e-filing marks a significant step forward in increasing accessibility to the public, modernizing Probate Court operations and will play a key role in the Court’s ongoing initiative to digitize all records—both historical and current.

To file documents electronically, users must create an account in the TrueFiling website which can be found below.
