District Attorney

The Thomas County District Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting all criminal offenses, felonies and misdemeanors, as well as certain civil actions such as drug, gambling, and bond forfeitures in the Superior Courts of the Southern Judicial Circuit. These prosecutions, both civil and criminal, are generated primarily by the police agencies operating in and around this jurisdiction.
