February 19, 2024- February 23, 2024 FIRST WEEK OF ADVANCED IN PERSON (EARLY) VOTING 8am-5pm

February 24, 2024 MANDATORY 1st SATURDAY VOTING (9am-4pm)

February 26, 2024- March 1, 2024 SECOND WEEK OF ADVANCED IN PERSON (EARLY) VOTING (8am-5pm)

March 2, 2024 MANDATORY 2nd SATURDAY VOTING (9am-4pm)

March 1, 2024 LAST DAY TO REQUEST ABSENTEE BY MAIL (11 days prior to PPP)

CALL AND QUALIFYING FOR MAY 21, 2024 GENERAL PRIMARY AND NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS.

Qualifying for placement on the May 21, 2024 General Primary and Nonpartisan Election ballots will be as follows in the Elections office at 1402 E. Jackson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792:

Qualifying: March 4, 2024 through March 7, 2024 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and March 8, 2024 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.

Sheriff $ 2,513.00

Clerk of Superior Court $ 2,016.00

Tax Commissioner $ 2,016.00

Coroner $ 998.00

Solicitor General $ 1,412.00

County Commission Districts 2,4,6 & 8 $ 216.00

County School Board Districts 2,4 & 6 $ 48.00

State Court Judges $ 1,862.00

Judge, Probate Court $ 2,016.00

Chief Magistrate Judge $ 2,056.00

Qualifying fees may be paid by cash (exact amounts only – there will not be change,) money order or check to the bipartisan party you qualified with and nonpartisan candidates will make money order or check payable to the Thomas County Board of Commissioners.
