Serves as a member of the Thomas County Emergency Services Department. This is a full-time postion protects lives and property through activities associated with fire prevention, fire suppression, rescue, emergency medical services and hazardous materials incident response, and participates in the training, preparedness and maintenance activities necessary to achieve that end. This position will be advertised until filled. (Fire Fighter 1 Certification Required)

Heavy equipment operator with experience in excavators, bulldozers, and motor graders, Minimum Class B or higher CDL required, as well as Chemical Applicators License.
