Under general supervision, performs skilled and semi-skilled work within the Facilities Management Department in maintaining the grounds of all County owned buildings. Employee’s duties assigned to employee in the job title may vary according to needs of the department and/or proper allocation of workload. Employee may work independently on some tasks. Physical labor required such as grounds keeping, operating push mower, weed eaters, chainsaws, shovel work, and litter pick-up. Reports to the Building Director.
