Under general supervisor, performs routine to moderately complex administrative, secretarial and clerical work in support of effective department operations. Work may involve answering phone and taking messages, Maintaining open communication with all staff and outside callers. Maintaining and ordering office supplies. Filing of all information. Providing information and explanation to the public by phone and at the counter. Employee must provide professional and courteous assistance to the public.
