NOTICE OF EARLY PROCESSING OF
ABSENTEE BY MAIL BALLOTS
November 3, 2026 General / Special Election
The Thomas County Board of Elections & Registration hereby provides public notice of the County Election Supervisor’s intent to begin opening absentee ballots prior to the close of the polls on November 3, 2026.
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-386(a)(2)(A), the Thomas County Board of Elections and Registration will begin processing absentee ballots at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026. The process will be conducted at the Thomas County Elections Office – 1402 E. Jackson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792.
