You are invited to submit a sealed bid for providing Clearing and Grubbing Services for the Thomas County Board of Commissioners.
Attached are the General Conditions, Standard Instructions, Bid Specifications, and Bid Form for this project. Any variation from the stated specifications must be clearly noted on the Bid Form, with an explanation of the variation(s) attached.
Bids must be sealed, marked with the bidder’s name and address, and clearly labeled:

Sealed bids must be mailed or delivered to the address below and received no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Thomas County reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding process. The County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals that are determined to be non-responsive or from a non-responsible bidder.
Thomas County may issue change orders to alter the original scope of work when necessary to address changes in or unforeseen conditions related to the completion of the project.
