Thomas County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for Resurfacing roads within Thomas County – Benton Road, McGarrah Road, Rupp Road, Stage Road, Beeline Road, Ione Road, Murphy Road, Martin Road, Twelve Mile Road, Harrell Road, Russell Road, Vicky Lane, and Plantation Woods Subdivision. Sealed bids for the Resurfacing and Striping will be received until 12:00 noon, Friday, March 31, 2023, at the office of the Thomas County Board of Commissioners, 116 West Jefferson Street, 2nd Floor, Room #220, Thomasville, GA 31792, or mailed to P.O. Box 920 Thomasville, GA. 31799, each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Nisha Thurman, Purchasing and marked as follows: Bid for “Resurfacing”. Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference Monday, March 06, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Thomas County Board of Commissioners Office, 2nd Floor Room 215, 116 W Jefferson Street, Thomasville, GA 31792.
